When the World Trade Center fell to the earth on 9/11, there was little hope that its steel would ever stand again. With the arrival of the USS New York Nov. 2, part of the doomed towers has now returned home. Lance Cpl. A.J. Lugo reports on the vessel's arrival in its namesake city, and its pending commissioning Nov. 7.
